Store Credits Purchase Agreement

This Store Credits Purchase Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which Dissolve allows customers to purchase store credits for stock footage or stock photo purchases that can be downloaded from the Dissolve website at www.dissolve.com (the "Website"). By purchasing store credits from Dissolve, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The Store Credits page at the Website explains the various credit purchase options. Store Credits purchased from Dissolve are valid and usable for a period of two (2) years. Any unused credits after that period will expire, and Dissolve shall be under no obligation to refund any of the Store Credits purchase price under any circumstances. However, in the event that Dissolve determines to provide you with a refund of all or part of the Store Credits purchase price, such refund will only be made to the original form of payment (credit, debit, check or bank transfer) used for purchasing store credit. Regardless of when store credits are purchased, the Content that may be downloaded from the Website is subject to and may be downloaded and used on the terms of the Dissolve End User License Agreement (the "EULA"), the Website Terms of Use, and the restrictions and disclaimers applicable to such Content on or referred to the applicable Website Content Page at the time the Content is downloaded from the Website.

Dissolve reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time and from time to time without notice. Store Credits purchased under this Agreement will be governed by this Agreement in effect at the time that the credits are purchased. It is expected that you will review this Store Credits Purchase Agreement, the End User License Agreement, and the Terms of Use posted on the Website periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the changes.

Dissolve may immediately terminate any store credits without notice, if you breach this Agreement or any other agreement with us.

Note: All provisions of the End User License Agreement apply to this Agreement.
